Not the young bone marrow in his joints. Not nine and a half thousand minutes in an oxygen chamber. Not his son's plasma. A sauna. Bryan Johnson, Don't Die.
It's almost like a Michelin pastry chef who, in the end, realises his favourite food is toast. So, biohackers or grandma: who does the sauna right?
His protocol: ninety-three degrees, twenty minutes, every day, ice on his head and ice lower down. Then he swallowed a thermometer pill. To reach the heat he was chasing, it took thirty-one minutes. After more than two hundred sessions, he wrote that he had likely never reached it. And his rule: no cold plunge after. The part Finns like best.
The stones don't know who is a millionaire. His number one protocol of the year. In Finland, it is called Saturday.
One man's experiment, not advice. Feel dizzy or unwell? Leave the heat. Drink water.
