## Story

One round of Finnish sauna, in three steps.

1. Heat. Sit in the löyly, throw water on the stones, and stay as long as it feels good.
2. Cool. Step out to the porch, the lake or the snow and let your breath settle.
3. Rest. Sit down, drink water, talk or say nothing at all.

Then go again, as many rounds as you like. Nobody brings a stopwatch.

If you cool off in cold water, let your body cool a little first, go in slowly instead of jumping, and never swim alone or after drinking.

How many rounds do you usually do?
